Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,249 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP43, CTHRC1, and LGALS1. Each is linked with PCDH7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH7 versus MTCYBP43 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
