PCDH19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH19-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSKIP, GAPDH, and KARS1. Each is linked with PCDH19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH19-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSKIP grouped by PCDH19-low versus PCDH19-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
