PCDH19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,181 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH19-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF2, VPS4B, and TMEM241. Each is linked with PCDH19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH19-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRF2 grouped by PCDH19-low versus PCDH19-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
