PCDH17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,036 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCY1A2, KDR, and ADGRL4. Each is linked with PCDH17 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH17-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH17 versus GUCY1A2 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
