Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,981 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEK, SSTR1, and CLDN5. Each is linked with PCDH17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH17-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH17 versus TEK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
