PCDH17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM33, HPSE2, and ACKR1. Each is linked with PCDH17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH17-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM33 grouped by PCDH17-low versus PCDH17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
