PCDH17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PCDH17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH17-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by PCDH17-low versus PCDH17-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
