The most reproducible PCDH17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Positive regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with PCDH17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH17-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH17 results are reported.
