PCDH17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,344 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA3, KCNAB3, and ACSM6. Each is linked with PCDH17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH17-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HHLA3 grouped by PCDH17-low versus PCDH17-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
