Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,080 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with PCDH15 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH15 results are reported.
