Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, ARSA, and ST13. Each is linked with PCDH15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH15 versus FBXO7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
