Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with PCDH15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by PCDH15-low versus PCDH15-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
