PCDH15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,014 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGMO, PCDH18, and CDH18. Each is linked with PCDH15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH15 versus AGMO in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
