PCDH15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,456 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERI1, NUP107, and KRR1. Each is linked with PCDH15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERI1 grouped by PCDH15-low versus PCDH15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
