PCDH11X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH11X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,829 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH11X-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3HC1, CDC45, and PDAP1. Each is linked with PCDH11X in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH11X-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH11X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZC3HC1 grouped by PCDH11X-low versus PCDH11X-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH11X→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH11X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
