PCDH11X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH11X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 632 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH11X-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX14, DHX36, and ZNF451. Each is linked with PCDH11X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH11X-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH11X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX14 grouped by PCDH11X-low versus PCDH11X-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH11X→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH11X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
