PCCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,792 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLUH, ZNF24, and STRBP. Each is linked with PCCB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCB-to-partner and partner-to-PCCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCCB versus CLUH in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
