Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCCB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,493 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCCA, RRM2, and ALDH6A1. Each is linked with PCCB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCB-to-partner and partner-to-PCCB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCCB versus PCCA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
