Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCCB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Stathmin, C-Raf, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PCCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCB-to-partner and partner-to-PCCB results are reported.
