PCCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,777 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXD, PCCB, and FARP1. Each is linked with PCCA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCA-to-partner and partner-to-PCCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCCA versus NAXD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
