Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,486 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, KIF20A, and CENPL. Each is linked with PCCA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCA-to-partner and partner-to-PCCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCCA versus NCAPH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
