PCCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIAP1P1, HIRIP3, and NTAN1. Each is linked with PCCA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCA-to-partner and partner-to-PCCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIAP1P1 grouped by PCCA-low versus PCCA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
