Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCCA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PCCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCA-to-partner and partner-to-PCCA results are reported.
