Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,855 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCCA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Branched-chain amino acid metabolic process, Succinyl-CoA biosynthetic process, and Short-chain fatty acid catabolic process. Each is linked with PCCA in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCA-to-partner and partner-to-PCCA results are reported.
