Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBPL2, OR13J1, and LY86. Each is linked with PCCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCCA-to-partner and partner-to-PCCA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBPL2 grouped by PCCA-low versus PCCA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
