Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCCA-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PCCA-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PCCA-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCCA-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and KIRP show a favorable association.

ACC, KICH, and UCEC are the cancer types where PCCA-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
