PCBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,077 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, SERPINH1, and CLINT1. Each is linked with PCBP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBP4-to-partner and partner-to-PCBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCBP4 versus PTK7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
