PCBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,378 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway, Postsynaptic density protein 95 clustering, and Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with PCBP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBP4-to-partner and partner-to-PCBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway grouped by PCBP4-low versus PCBP4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
