PCBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,527 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRRM2_S510, SFSWAP_S870, and TRA2A_S100. Each is linked with PCBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PCBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCBP1 versus SRRM2_S510 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
