PCAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,045 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POU5F1B, LRATD2, and PCAT2. Each is linked with PCAT1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PCAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCAT1 versus POU5F1B in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
