PCAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,981 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRATD2, PTK2, and SCRIB. Each is linked with PCAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PCAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCAT1 versus LRATD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
