PCA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,574 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRUNE2_S1842, PRUNE2, and PRUNE2_S699. Each is linked with PCA3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCA3-to-partner and partner-to-PCA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
