PBXIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBXIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,626 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBXIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S121, RO60, and DDX21. Each is linked with PBXIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PBXIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBXIP1 versus DDX21_S121 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
