Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBXIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,539 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBXIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHISA4, H2BC11, and GLMP. Each is linked with PBXIP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PBXIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBXIP1 versus SHISA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
