PBXIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBXIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBXIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFP1, MIR4441, and EDC3. Each is linked with PBXIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PBXIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTFP1 grouped by PBXIP1-low versus PBXIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
