PBXIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PBXIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 240 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBXIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLN, RBP2, and HAO2. Each is linked with PBXIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PBXIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLN grouped by PBXIP1-low versus PBXIP1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
