The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PBX4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PBX4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP and LIHC are the cancer types where PBX4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
