Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,293 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPAR2, DCAF15, and RAD9A. Each is linked with PBX4 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX4-to-partner and partner-to-PBX4 results are reported.
