PBX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,482 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRLF3, PLEK, and SH3KBP1. Each is linked with PBX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX4-to-partner and partner-to-PBX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBX4 versus CRLF3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
