Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH20, SFRP4, and JHY. Each is linked with PBX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX4-to-partner and partner-to-PBX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBX4 versus CDH20 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
