Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are beta-Catenin, Fibronectin, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PBX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX4-to-partner and partner-to-PBX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, beta-Catenin grouped by PBX4-low versus PBX4-high in UCEC.
