Across TCGA cell cohorts, PBX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,098 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with PBX4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX4-to-partner and partner-to-PBX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by PBX4-low versus PBX4-high in BREAST.
