Across TCGA cell cohorts, PBX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDX4 and RNASE11. Each is linked with PBX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX4-to-partner and partner-to-PBX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDX4 grouped by PBX4-low versus PBX4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
