Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,257 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRC5B, FANCE, and H2AC6. Each is linked with PBX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBX2-to-partner and partner-to-PBX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
