Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PBX1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PBX1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher PBX1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PBX1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and BRCA show a favorable association.

CHOL, LAML, and DLBC are the cancer types where PBX1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
