Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBRM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,742 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PBRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPAIN, CCNJ, and SUDS3. Each is linked with PBRM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PBRM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBRM1 versus RPAIN in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
