PBRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ERK2, and Notch1. Each is linked with PBRM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PBRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PBRM1-low versus PBRM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
