PBRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PBRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 265 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM18, SIX2, and SCLY. Each is linked with PBRM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PBRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM18 grouped by PBRM1-low versus PBRM1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
