PBK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,302 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RRM1, and RRM2. Each is linked with PBK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBK-to-partner and partner-to-PBK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PBK versus RFC1_T506 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
