PBK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PBK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PBK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AP2, RN7SKP221, and TRDD1. Each is linked with PBK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PBK-to-partner and partner-to-PBK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5AP2 grouped by PBK-low versus PBK-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PBK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PBK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
